3/9/2026 - AHO Planning Board Meeting #2 Recap and Presentation Materials

Thank you to everyone who tuned in to the Cambridge Planning Board meeting on March 3 to follow the discussion on the proposed 2072 Massachusetts Avenue project. We appreciate the time community members took to attend the virtual meeting.

During the meeting, the project team walked through the revised design and discussed how the project has responded to feedback provided by the Planning Board during the first Advisory Design Consultation. The presentation highlighted where the design was updated to incorporate the Board’s comments and where the team determined certain suggestions could not be incorporated.

Following the discussion, the Planning Board agreed to move forward with preparation of its Final Report in accordance with the City’s review process.
