Jason Korb
Jason Korb, principal of Capstone Communities LLC, has led more than $100 million in housing development since founding the company in 2010, with significant projects in Cambridge, Somerville, Brockton, and Bridgewater. His accomplishments include co-developing Port Landing and Frost Terrace, both 100 percent affordable communities in Cambridge, in partnership with Hope Real Estate Enterprises, as well as The McElwain School Apartments, a mixed-income redevelopment in Bridgewater completed with MPZ Development. Prior to establishing Capstone, Jason served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Beacon Communities LLC, where he directed over $100 million in affordable housing initiatives across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, he was Housing Project Manager at Fenway Community Development Corporation, overseeing community-based development efforts. Jason holds a Master of Science degree from MIT and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. His MIT thesis has been cited by both Harvard University and the United States Senate.
Sean Hope
Sean D. Hope, founder and principal of Hope Real Estate Enterprises LLC in Central Square, Cambridge, is a third-generation Cantabrigian with deep roots in the local community. Drawing on his experience as a land use attorney and former member of the Cambridge Zoning Board, Sean has helped guide complex development projects from entitlement through completion. He partnered with Capstone Communities LLC to co-develop Port Landing and Frost Terrace, two 100 percent affordable housing communities in Cambridge that expand access to high-quality housing for local residents. In addition to his development work, Sean remains actively engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership. His commitment to strengthening Cambridge neighborhoods is reflected in his involvement with the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House, Cambridge Children and Family Services, and the Cambridge Historical Society. Through both professional and community initiatives, Sean focuses on advancing responsible development and preserving the character and opportunity of the city he calls home.
