10/10/2024 AHO Community Meeting #1 Recap and Upcoming Virtual Event

Last night, we hosted our first Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO) Community Meeting to discuss the street and site context analysis for the 2072 Mass Ave project. Our team of presenters included Jason Korb from Capstone Communities, Mathieu Zahler from MPZ Development, Sean Hope from Hope Real Estate Enterprises, and Jason Forney from Bruner/Cott Architects.

We are grateful to everyone who participated in person and virtually via Zoom. During the meeting, we shared insights into the project’s location and surrounding context, followed by a Q&A session with the audience. Unfortunately, we understand that some attendees experienced technical challenges with joining the Zoom session.

To ensure everyone has the opportunity to engage with the material, we are offering another chance to view the presentation and ask additional questions. Please join us for a virtual-only meeting on October 30th at 6pm, where we will present the same content and take further questions from attendees.
